Greetings to the Gungahlin Uniting Church community.
This Sunday, our series on the GREAT ESCAPE features the actual moment of liberation
– the crossing over the waters – from slavery to freedom.
We look forward to the message to be given by Rowan Ford.
Children in worship have creatively been drawing pictures of GREAT ESCAPE episodes.
Today we shall see some of these on the “big screen”!
With the start of school holidays, Oasis is in recess.
Good news – the manse has already be sold thus there is no auction tomorrow (Saturday 23rd). This clears the way to purchase a new manse!
There are many signs to suggest that we live in transitional times. While this may lead to uncertainty and insecurity, the one sure thing is that God in Christ not only never abandons us, but he also promises to reveal the “new things” to enrich our lives as his beloved community.
