The Food Pantry is in need of volunteer/s to help with the pick-up of bread from Brumby’s Bakery at Gungahlin on Monday nights at 7pm. In the past this has been done on a rotating monthly basis. If you think you would like to contribute in this way to our Food Pantry please speak with Alison Tweedie. Catch me at church, call me on 6242 5001 or email me at: office@web1.gungahlinuniting.org
As part of our church life we have a team of people who meet from time to time to discuss worship and plan for significant times in our church year. As Easter approaches our Creative Worship Team is meeting on Tuesday 16th February at 7.30pm in the quiet room at the church. Anyone who would like to come along and think about the way we worship together is most welcome. For any information please see Margaret Reeson.
Lent is the period of 40 days before Easter and begins with the day called Ash Wednesday. Lent is a time of reflection as we approach Easter and Ash Wednesday begins that time of reflection. For anyone who would like to come along there will be a simple, brief Ash Wednesday service at 8.30pm on Wednesday 10th February.
All welcome.

We are a community on a journey, we’ve grown from a small faith community planted in Ngunnawal in the early years of Gungahlin’s development to a thriving inclusive, intergenerational & multicultural community. As Gungahlin has grown we have seen a lot of change.
We are an open and inclusive community, everyone is welcome to use their gifts in worship, prayer, leadership, hospitality and teaching.

Worship is for all ages, (0 to 93!) and seeks to be meaningful in different ways for us all.
In Jesus Christ we see how he drew near to each and all and so we hope our worship expresses this nearness too.
We worship at the Gungahlin Uniting Church & Community Centre.
