Gungahlin UCA AGM – November 2020

We would like to invite you to our 2020 November AGM at 10:30am on November the 8th to be held on site immediately after worship. Attached to this package is a copy of the 2020 Annual Report for your enjoyment, we’ve also uploaded it to our website for people to access.

During the AGM we will be electing our Church Council for 2021 at the AGM, continuing from the current Church Council are Matt Grudnoff, Jack Barnard and Katrina Maciver.

We have 6 people nominated for Church Council who will need to be elected to sit on the council, these people are:

Narelle Dodd (2 years), Bruce Warren (1 year), Jemimah Hamilton (1 year), Jenelle Martin (2 years), Lynne Butson (2 years) and Elizabeth Phythian (2 years).

GUC has determined the Church Council would be made up of 10 members and the Minister in placement, If all 6 people are elected the Church Council with only have 9 members.

*If you are unable to attend the meeting in person but would still like to participate in the election we invite you to contact Margaret Reeson or Matt Grudnoff via the office ( 62425001 )who will arrange for you to vote remotely.
