Open Church Council Meeting

The Open Church Council (CC) meeting is a regular meeting of CC where people from the congregation are welcome to attend. Open meetings like this are great ways to see what happens at a CC meeting, particularly for people who may be contemplating being a part of CC in the future, or have questions about the role of, or how CC meets and makes decisions.

This is not a congregational meeting, if people would like to have an item on the agenda please speak with Matt Grudnoff (Chair), Ian Bartholomew (Secretary) or Narelle Dodd (Treasurer) by the 11th of May so it can be included on the agenda.

The meeting will include a devotion/discussion from the book “Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations” by Robert Schnase, we’ll include a copy of the chapter with the agenda for people who may be interested in reading the material before the meeting.

Please note the change of time, the meeting will not include a meal, but will include a simple afternoon tea.
